Registration for the HARRIS 2026 main event on March 24 & 25, 2026 and the affiliated tutorials on March 23, 2026 is now open.

Registration Options

There is a few choices you need to make when signing up for HARRIS 2026 that will affect the final registration fee. In addition to the HARRIS 2026 main event, you may sign up for tutorials or purchase a HARRIS 2026 branded hoodie. Both the tutorials and the hoodie are optional and not included in the registration fee for the main event.

Main Event

The registration fee for the HARRIS 2026 main event includes workshop participation on March 24 & 25, four coffee breaks, two lunches, and the workshop dinner in the Livingroom restaurant on the evening of March 24. This year, we offer a discounted student registration (proof of enrollment required) as well as early registration discounts.

Tutorials

The tutorials are optional and details on them can be found HERE. They take place in the afternoon of March 23 and will take around four hours. The registration for the tutorials includes one coffee break and a dinner on the evening of March 23 at the Q-West restaurant on university campus. If you wish to attend a tutorial, you must select the desired tutorial and make the additional payment during the registration process. Tutorials are filled first-come, first-served. Please note that, despite you selecting your preferred tutorial during the registration process, participation in a specific tutorial cannot be guaranteed. We will do our best to honor your tutorial selection, and we will reach out if a selected tutorial has reached capacity or is not available anymore.

HARRIS 2026 Hoodies

Due to popular demand, we will offer HARRIS 2026 branded hoodies for 50 €. During the payment process, you may purchase such a hoodie and choose a size. Hoodies can only be added to the registration until February 20, 2026. Please note that the hoodie will be listed as such on your invoice, which may prevent company reimbursement.

Two-Step Registration

You can sign up for HARRIS 2026 in two steps. Both steps need to be completed in order to attend HARRIS 2026.

Apply for Participation

Please apply for participation by completing our registration form. As the venue’s capacity is limited, participation is allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. A confirmation e-mail is sent only after manual verification of your application, which may take up to three business days. We may reach out via e-mail if additional information is required to approve your application. Optionally, you may select your preferred tutorial at this stage.

Pay the Registration Fee

The confirmation e-mail will contain a link to our payment provider. It is crucial to make the payment within 14 days of receiving the e-mail and before March 23, 2026 to maintain the validity of your registration. If you wish to attend a tutorial or purchase a hoodie, you must add these items to your registration at this point and make the respective payment.
